There are two travel options to reach the KPHMN medical centre at Idingma, Junbesi.

Option 1

Day 1 Kathmandu to Jiri by bus
Day 2 Jiri to Shivalaya Walk Approx 5-6 Hours
Day 3 Shivalaya to Bhandar Walk Approx 5-6 Hours
Day 4 Bhandar to Sete Walk Approx 6-7 Hours
Day 5 Sete to Idingma Approx 5-6 Hours(Medical Center)

Option 2

Fly from Kathmandu to Phaplu. Then walk 4-5 hours from Phaplu to the KPHMN medical centre at Idingma, Junbesi.
