
- KPHMN is undertaking a program of renovating the existing buildings using building material and labour from Beni VDC, Solukhumbu
- KPHMN regularly organizes a meeting of local people and government officials to determine the priorities and needs for improved health facilities and treatment in the district.
- KPHMN has begun and continues to introduce and maintain these reforms.
- KPHMN is currently featured in the World Expeditions Community Project Travel program. In September/October 2008, two groups of travellers will spend three days working to improve facilities at KPHMN. It is planned that they will repair and replace windows, install solar panels, and upgrade toilet and washroom facilities.

- The X-Ray Machine has been successfully installed at the Medical Centre.
- Kushudebu Public Health Mission Nepal with the financial help of donors now has an X-Ray Machine, ECG and Oxygen Concentrator. These have been delivered to the Medical Centre with the help of local porters.
- KPHMN completed setup lab at the Medical Centre.
